Frequently Asked Questions

❓ How do I import a screenshot?
Open the App and tap "Import from Photos" to select an image from your library. You can also paste an image from your clipboard. The App will automatically detect your device model.
❓ Which devices are supported?
SnapFrame supports all major iPhone models from iPhone SE to iPhone 16 Pro Max, as well as the full iPad lineup including iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad mini.
❓ How do I change the frame color?
Tap the device name on the editor screen to open the device picker. You'll see color options (Dark, Light, Gold, etc.) — tap to switch.
❓ Is there a daily limit on exports?
The current version allows unlimited exports. There are no restrictions or watermarks.
❓ Does the exported image have a watermark?
No. SnapFrame does not add any watermarks to exported images. All exports are clean and professional.
❓ How do I delete recent projects?
On the import screen, swipe left on any project in the "Recent Projects" list to delete it.
❓ How do I create multi-screenshot layouts?
Tap the "Stitch" button on the import screen to enter multi-screenshot mode. Select 2-6 screenshots, choose a layout (vertical, horizontal, or grid), and export them as one combined image.
❓ Does SnapFrame work with Siri Shortcuts?
Yes! You can use the Shortcuts app to automate the screenshot framing process. Look for "Frame a Screenshot" in the Shortcuts app.
